FAQ's

PURCHASE & RETURNS

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay for online payment.

When will my credit card be charged?

Prints are hand-produced after an order is placed. Once you commission the work (i.e. purchase a fine art print) your credit card will be charged.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?

Fine art prints are produced to order and require a high degree of printmaking skill and attention to detail. Shipping time will of course also vary based on location. Prints are typically received within 1 week from the time your order is placed.

Is it possible to expedite my order?

In most cases, yes, but these orders are subject to a rush charge. Please e-mail me at eric@4ozFighters.com or call me at 213•425•7660 with your request.

Is it possible to have the fighter sign my print:

Yes, it is possible to have a private signing done for your print. I will reach out to the athlete to get a signing fee, and once the costs are approved and paid by you, I will arrange for your print to be signed. Sometimes fighters are out of the country and if that is the case, I will call & e-mail you to let you know.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by checking your UPS Tracking Number or by emailing eric@4ozFighters.com to receive a status update.

What is your return policy?

Every product sold by 4ozFighters is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you when you place your order. Accordingly, 4ozFighters does not give refunds, accept returns or exchanges for orders. We do not make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from when the order is placed. What does the Certificate of Authenticity mean?

Every 4oz Fighter fine art print will be delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate documents the size of the edition, the archival materials used, authentication date, title, and the athlete. The Certificate is signed by the photographer and ensures that your print is an official fine art piece, produced using the best methods and materials.

What does it mean for my print to be part of a limited edition?

By its very nature, photography is intended to be reproduced. The common practice in the fine art world is to produce fine art photography in limited editions in order to create scarcity and allow for the work to appreciate in value. A limited edition is defined primarily by print size and production technique. Limited editions vary in size with the size of the edition playing an important role in determining value.
